Morning Breathwork
Good morning Friends! Starting my day with 5-10 minutes of breath work has become a nonnegotiable. It provides that instant boost that is more invigorating than even a warm latte with a just-pulled shot (as a coffee lover who refers to herself as a home barista, this is saying something!). While many of my blog posts will be longer, I also want to incorporate little chunks of love; I'm calling these the Small Bits... I hope you enjoy the first post in the Small Bits series. b
