Yoga
for Athletes
These sessions are for high school, collegiate, post-collegiate, and club teams. They make a great addition to summer and pre-season training camps and practices. Sessions are tailored to specific sports, levels, and athletic goals.
Sessions are led by Stephanie Styczynski, a long-time endurance athlete. Stephanie competed in high school track and field, cross country, and basketball. After high school, she went on to compete in Division 1 track and cross country. She continued to compete post-collegiately in running, triathlon (both at the age group and elite level), cycling, and open water swimming.
Stephanie holds a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science, 200 Hour Yoga certification, Level 1 CrossFit certification, and a multiple subject teaching credential.
