Stephanie Styczynski
Yoga Instructor
Stephanie is a certified yoga teacher, former elementary school teacher, and lifelong athlete. Stephanie’s classes range from slow flow to power flow and focus on alignment, intentional movement, and creating peaceful spaces for students to practice. Her teaching style is warm, inviting, and encouraging, making her classes perfect for all levels.
Stephanie began practicing yoga about 8 years ago. Through consistent practice and self-exploration, she experienced profound personal growth. She looks forward to sharing her joy of yoga and meditation with the community through Bloom Wild Yoga. Stephanie believes that people reach their full potential when they flourish in their own way, embrace individuality and authenticity, and live a life that is simple and meaningful. Hence, Bloom Wild; Be Free.
Stephanie is a former collegiate track and cross-country runner for Sacramento State University. After graduating, she continued to compete in endurance sports as both an open, elite, and master’s athlete. Her resume includes numerous half-Ironman triathlons, Ironman Lake Tahoe, Gold Rush 50k, Spartan Beast Hawaii, 5k open water swims, and self-made adventures such as cycling to the top of Haleakala and riding to Lake Tahoe and back from Roseville.
In addition to practicing and teaching yoga, Stephanie is currently training for an open water swim series in Tahoe this summer and regularly participates in strength training.
