Yoga in a garden can be a powerful way to connect with nature and learn from its wisdom. Being in a natural setting can naturally draw you into the present moment. The sounds and sights of the garden can serve as a gentle reminder to be mindful of your breath, your body, and your surroundings.

Join Stephanie from Bloom Wild Yoga twice a month for a 1-hour outdoor yoga session. Yoga will be held on a shady grassy patch.
Please bring a yoga mat (or a towel), a towel, and water. Limited yoga mats are available to borrow. Please email stephanie@bloomwildyoga.com to reserve a mat at no additional cost.
